West Orchards Shopping Centre opened in 1991, and is located at the heart of the city centre shopping, offering a wide choice of retail outlets with major high street names as well as independent outlets.
Back in early 2022 the team contacted us about a new project they were working on. A dinosaur trail would make its way to the shopping centre for the summer holiday period. The purpose of the trail was to drive footfall into the shopping centre and increase dwell time.
We researched similar trails that had been carried within other shopping centres and put together a plan to drive footfall around the shopping centre.
We also looked at ways to drive data collection for future use.
We worked on a range of collateral to support the event including posters, online graphics, fact imagery, and entry forms.
