About the project

Foster Lewis & Co Estate & Letting Agents is a family-run business established in 2009. The estate agency industry is very competitive and has become very price sensitive with the arrival of low-cost online agents.

We started working with Glenn and the team back in March 2017 to increase their social media presence. Since then we’ve also supported them with many marketing decisions throughout the business.

What We Did

We work hard to ensure the business has a consistent and persistent presence on social media, whilst also adding their unique selling point of being family-run. We create egular blogs for the business to build trust in the brand and introduced a monthly newsletter to stay in touch with leads and customers.

We continue to support them with pay-per-click advertising such as Google Adwords & Facebook Adverts.

From a print and design aspect we have produced billboards, leaflet drops and new For Sale / To Let boards.

One of our favourite campaigns was based around Master Foster the heir to the family business.

Results & Stats

  • The length of time Glenn and the team have worked with us speaks volumes.
  • Pay-per-click adverts drove a record number of lead valuations in January 2020.
  • Month on month growth of email database. Over 300 email contacts now receive a monthly e-newsletter.
